- (b) We may collect information including but not limited to your identity, contact details, medical conditions and medical history and financial data in order to (i)provide you with information regarding financing/ EMI options of procedures or surgery; (ii) facilitate immediate, easy and secured bill payments; and (iii) assist you in claiming your medical insurance during the provision of Services.
- (c) We may collect information including but not limited to your identity, contact details and communications in order to (i) get in touch with you via e-mail, phone, social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook or YouTube), messages (including but not limited to short message service, WhatsApp), for appointments, consultations, technical issues, payment reminders and for providing other information; (ii) provide you effective, efficient, appropriate and most affordable treatment; (iii) maintain valuable communications with you; and (iv) retain call records for internal training and quality assessment purposes.
